Bryan Griffin - Director of Phantoms Lacrosse Club & 2029/2030 Head Coach
Bryan is currently the Associate Director of Lacrosse for the Phantoms LC and coaches the 2027 Team. Bryan was raised in West Chester, PA and was introduced to the game of lacrosse by Dale Watkins while attending Stetson Middle School. Coach Griffin played as West Chester East High School and then played at the collegiate level at Widener University. Coach Griffin continued to play for various lacrosse club teams over the years, most notably Team Toyota Masters, The Crease Monkeys and Black Banana LC. As a coach, Bryan has over 25 years of experience at all levels of lacrosse: Padua Academy (2018-2021) as the Girls Assistant Head Coach. Boys Offensive Coach - Tower Hill (2013-2017). Offensive Coordinator for Wilmington Charter (2008-2012). Coach Griffin was also the Offensive Coordinator for Salesianum School in 1997 and was a Volunteer Assistant for Widener University in 1993.

Morgan Rispoli - 2026 Head Coach
Morgan was born and raised in Delaware where she played club lacrosse for Newark Youth and high school lacrosse at the Charter School of Wilmington, where she is currently coaching. Morgan has been playing lacrosse since she was in seventh grade and has been coaching lacrosse for 12 years. In high school, Morgan received 1st Team All-State honors for defense both junior and senior year. Coach Rispoli is a Physical Education teacher at Hodgson Vo-Tech where she was head coach for 3 years before returning back to Charter. In those three years, she was named Blue Hen Conference Girls’ Lacrosse Coach of the Year for 2017. Morgan has also coached volleyball and basketball.

Rebecca DeRosa - 2027/2028 Head Coach
Rebecca graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2020 receiving a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Coach DeRose played lacrosse at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and was a captain during her senior year. Originally from Fair Lawn, New Jersey, Rebecca attended Immaculate Heart Academy. This is Coach DeRosa's first year coaching with Phantoms LC.
